Chelsea identify two managers to replace Pochettino

Chelsea has identified two managers to succeed Mauricio Pochettino next season.

According to the UK Guardian, Todd Boehly, the Blues’ co-owner, is considering Sporting manager Ruben Amorim and Brighton’s Roberto De Zerbi.

Amorim has greatly pleased the Chelsea leadership with this team, which presently leads the table in Portugal ahead of Benfica and Porto.

De Zerbi, on the other hand, has garnered numerous praises for his efforts at Brighton since succeeding Graham Potter in 2022.

Chelsea are struggling in Pochettino’s first season at Stamford Bridge, despite spending well over £1 billion since the acquisition of Boehly and Clearlake Capital.

This season, they had a wonderful opportunity to win a trophy when they faced Liverpool in the Carabao Cup final, but lost late in extra time.
